There’s some sad news coming from Bala Cynwyd. Avril, the cozy 50-seat BYOB that former Daily News reporter April Lisante opened in August 2009 with her husband, Chef Christian Gatti, has closed, the Insider reports. Gatti has already moved, finding work at a bakery. There’s no word yet if Lisante will resume her role as a reporter, or as a restaurateur elsewhere. [Insider]
