The east side gets another Italian-ish spot this evening with Bread & Tulips, where executive chef Benjamin Lambert (Picholine, 71 Clinton Fresh Food) offers a menu featuring — what else? — local, seasonal ingredients, which, this time of year, don’t need much preparation.
