Though it seems to have been open on the sly since at least June 2, Bodega N. 5 officially opened in the Blackstone Hotel yesterday. It’s actually located directly underneath Mercat a la Planxa, and is run by the same team of executive chef Jose Garces and chef de cuisine Cory Morris. As Time Out already pointed out when they snagged a copy of the menu, almost everything is going for $5. That said, after 5 p.m. it will also offer a few items from Mercat’s dinner and drink menu.
