As mentioned yesterday, the Finger on the Pulse barbecues are back. At the first second one (at Good Co. on June 15, from 7 p.m. till 10 p.m.), Buddakan co-executive chef Brian Ray will be on the grill, and D.J.’s Pocketknife and Picture House will be on the decks. Advance tickets (which get you guaranteed admission and other perks) are available here for $10 $20, or just show up and get in free. Elsewhere in Brooklyn, over in Gowanus, the waterfront patch of grass at 400 Carroll Street that was formerly BKLYN Yard has been reborn as Gowanus Grove, and Justin Carter and Eamon Harkin from Sunday Best have started hosting Mister Sunday parties there. Those advance tickets are $10 as well and available here. From 3 till 9 p.m. on Sundays, there’s beer, wine, and sangria, plus food from Mile End, Country Boys, and Botanica.
