Not a week after the Dutch opened for dinner, bloggers are already busting out the superlatives (and slideshows!). Serious Eats says the smoked-ricotta ravioli are “an early contender for house specialty”; NYC Foodie thinks the Barrio tripe is an “amazing dish” that’s “beyond great”; and Manhattan by Way of Mayberry says the grilled escolar is “one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth.” Which one will emerge as the Spotted Pig gnudi of the bunch? Only time will tell, but until then, Tomato in Tribeca and the Oyster Blog also have reports and photos.
