The venerable publication we know as Sherman Oaks Patch reports that Jonathan Burrows (who in another life produced Southern Cali cinema classic Fletch) is looking towards a major expansion of his Mr. Cecil’s California Ribs. The co-owner says that he’s been talking with “large corporations about expansion” to 20 restaurants spread through the U.S., with New York and New Mexico potentially getting the first of the batch. Following that, Burrows is not ruling out an international expansion that would bring his ribs to Europe and Australia. [SOP]
