Sorella, Vinegar Hill House Plan Offshoots

The owners of Vinegar Hill House give the Post a little bit more about their next-door café: Sam Buffa says the twenty-seat spot will be on the casual side — a “place to get coffee or get lunch” by day and a place “to relax at night.” Yesterday they reported that Emma Hearst of Sorella and Stellina is planning to open a “small steak-driven eatery” serving beef from her family’s cattle ranch — perhaps on the block that she calls “a little bit underdeveloped” (Fork in the Road takes issue with that).
