SinoSoul Takes On Korean Cuisine

Sinosoul blogger Tony Chen certainly doesn’t back away from speaking his mind when something disagrees with his stomach. But yesterday, he went after a whopper, taking on the whole of Korean food in Los Angeles. Not just the restaurant Ttu Rak, mind you, but all of Korean-American restaurant offerings, including “big red bowls of sop looking like neon afterbirth.” “Korean cuisine is a 2 trick donkey,” Chen asserts, in one of the nicer things he has to say about either donkeys or the cooking.
