Noble’s New Menus Offer More Ways to Dine

With his latest menu updates, Chef Brinn Sinnott gives guests more dining flexibility at Noble. Each and every dish is available as is, a la carte. But with the way it’s designed in a three-course format, the menu naturally lends itself to prix fixe dining. So, the restaurant is doing just that; it’s introducing a new nightly three-course, prix fixe deal for $45. And if bargains aren’t your thing, Sinnot is also offering eight-course chef’s tasting menus, starting at $80 per person, with advance phone reservations. Some highlights from the new menus include Peekytoe crab with rhubarb-shallot compote, orange and red pepper, gnocchi Parisienne with salsify fondue, house-cured pancetta, asparagus and romaine, and Grilled Spanish Rock Octopus with squid ink crochettas and caper-blood orange dressing.
