In what's surely a blow to Alphabet City hangovers, we've learned that Nicky's Pho on East 4th Street between Avenues A and B has closed. Says co-owner Billy Dang, “I made a big mistake for taking the spot, because there’s not enough traffic and it’s not making enough money." However, on the brighter side, Dang tells us he hopes to open another pho shop elsewhere before year's end.
