Meritage Brings Back Vegan Tasting Menus

Meritage chef Anne Coll brings her vegan tasting menu back tonight, and will serve the four-course, $35 prix fixe every Tuesday going forward. Tonight’s bill of fare includes such meatless wonders as vegan risotto with fava beans, Swiss chard and spring onion puree, and crispy chick pea cakes with black olive tapenade, smoked tomato chutney, herb puree and sautéed spinach. But the menu will change in weeks to come as different ingredients come into and out of season.
