It’s time for Mariah Swan to make the donuts! Next Friday, June 3rd, the pastry whiz and popular doughnut diva is bringing her annual celebration of National Doughnut Day, normally held at Grace, to sister restaurant BLD. This year, Swan and chef de cuisine Diana Stavaridis are doing a doughnut flight that feeds two people, starting at 5:00 P.M. There will be a BBQ pulled pork doughnut, a blueberry ricotta doughnut with a maple syrup drizzle, a banana cream pie doughnut, and a fritter made with manchego and crispy prosciutto.
