Ketchup (Finally) Closes To Make Room For Dolce’s Lemon Basket

We definitely owe somebody around here a few dollars after making the immediate prediction that a flashy restaurant named Ketchup wouldn’t survive twelve months. We were wrong; it somehow held on quite a few more seasons. But to quote that Heinz commercial, we guess the best things do come to those who wait, as Eater announces that the Dolce-operated restaurant has finally called it quits, with a replacement coming in the form of the company’s Lemon Basket, which already sounds way more appetizing than a place named after a condiment. Expect an opening sometime this week. [Eater]
