Gramercy Tavern Finally Gets Its Cookbook

There’s a Union Square Café cookbook, a forthcoming Eleven Madison Park cookbook, and now, finally, Gramercy Tavern will get its due. Former dessert chef Claudia Fleming published The Last Course in 2001, but surprisingly enough, there’s never been a savory cookbook. Reps tell us The Gramercy Tavern Cookbook, to be published by Clarkson Potter in 2013, will include 125 recipes for Michael Anthony’s savory dishes and Nancy Olson’s desserts, plus 150 photographs, as well as narrative essays.
