You’ve seen him play creepy boss Bill Lumberg in Office Space, tortured agent Andrew Klein in Entourage, and psychopathic drug dealer Ted Jones in Pineapple Express. But this Friday, actor Gary Cole will be serving you doughnuts out of The Buttermilk Truck in front of the Geffen Playhouse from 11:30-2:00 P.M., along with Edi Gathegi from Twilight. The promotion is designed to highlight Superior Donuts, a new donut shop-based play by Tracy Letts showing at The Geffen through July 10th. The show’s cast will help serve cake doughnuts (called Superior Donuts for this purpose) from the truck (called The Superior Donuts Truck) along with discount tickets for the show during this week’s appearance in Westwood.
