We’ve heard of chefs working with breweries to create a special house brew, but what about a house granola? Time Out reports that Rick Bayless is partnering with Milk & Honey for a new blend that will soon be available at Xoco, Tortas Frontera, and select grocery stores. Not that there was much doubt, but it will be a “Mexican Mix,” and will feature amarenth, honey, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and cacao nibs. Though it might seem a little unexpected, Bayless has been an enthusiastic supporter of Mexican-style granola for years, and even featured a recipe for it on his TV show. [TOC]
