Atwater Village: Tony Yanow, of Tony’s Dart Away and forthcoming Mowhawk Bend, is looking to start a brewery and restaurant in three buildings, with plans to produce 100,000 barrels a year. [The Eastsider LA]

Silver Lake: The owner of Cowboys and Turbans is opening a juice and kombucha bar on Sunset tomorrow. Strangely, it appears to be called “Silverlake.” [Eater]
