Welcome to the calm before the storm. In a about thirty minutes the first wave of e-mails for Next will be sent out, which will undoubtedly send us all into a frenzy of clicking, refreshing, and overall chaos. It seems to be the perfect way to cap off what has easily been the most anticipated restaurant opening of the year. First announced back in May, the project has managed to stir the passions of just about everyone that has read about it. It was praised by numerous publications before it ever opened, and managed to occupy our thoughts for over 42 posts. Occasionally, it was hard to figure out why we were all so excited about a restaurant that wasn’t open and couldn’t possibly seat the vast number of people that wanted in. But we were reminded last night why this opening is so exciting. The restaurant released a video on YouTube which manages to make all that waiting seem completely worth it. Check it out below.
