Yeah, it just might get up to 70 degrees tomorrow, but it’s currently raining and cool here in Chicago. Basically, I still bet most of us would prefer to be traveling around the Baja peninsula with Rick Bayless as he shoots the next season of Mexico: One Plate at a Time. As we reported on Monday, he’s accompanied by an entourage of bloggers who are documenting every second of the experience. They’ve spent the first two episodes in Cabo San Lucas visiting markets, carnitas joints, and micro breweries. So, while you can’t actually drink a beer on the beach in Mexico this weekend, you can at least watch Bayless do it. We suppose that’s the next best thing. Check out the first video below.
