Remember Temptations, the Flatbush restaurant-club that was closed owing to what the State Liquor Authority described as “violence and mayhem,” including an alleged taser incident involving a bouncer? The club believes it was targeted by cops in retaliation for a civil-rights lawsuit it had previously filed against the NYPD, and a Brooklyn Supreme Court judge has now reopened it because officer testimony was “inconsistent” and “lacking in credibility.” [NYP]
