Pastry chef William Werner, who we mentioned earlier this week vis a vis his savory breakfast muffins, gets some special national attention in the May issue of Food & Wine. They refer to “his new restaurant, Tell Tale Preserve Company,” which of course isn’t open yet (silly print media). But maybe it will be by mid-May! They also talk up his “CSA of sorts,” the Tell Tale Society, whose members get monthly bag shipments of seasonally appropriate preserves, confections, and baked goods, which was news to us.
