The Pub & Kitchen peeps want to open a café at 609 S. 20th Street, at the corner of Kater. Their plan is a 30-seat European-style café with a raw bar. The only problem is the building they’re fixed on needs to be rezoned for business, and there’s some neighborhood opposition. To get their zoning request, they are gathering signatures on a petition.
