Pleasant House Bakery is looking to officially open next week, but before it does owner Art Jackson let us know that he’ll be hosting a pop-up fish fry tonight. The event starts at 7 p.m. and will run “until we run out.” Check it out at its future home in Bridgeport (964 W. 31st St., Chicago, IL 60608).
