Some had wondered whether Shake Shack would switch to a local meat purveyor when it opens in D.C. by June, but Washington City Papers Young & Hungry blog reports that they will, of course, be sticking with LaFrieda. Meanwhile, rival butcher DeBragga informs us that theyve launched an iPhone app that tells you where exactly to find the 175 markets and restaurants that serve their dry-aged beef.
