Meat Maneuvers: LaFrieda at Shake Shack D.C., DeBragga on Your iPhone

Some had wondered whether Shake Shack would switch to a local meat purveyor when it opens in D.C. by June, but Washington City Paper’s Young & Hungry blog reports that they will, of course, be sticking with LaFrieda. Meanwhile, rival butcher DeBragga informs us that they’ve launched an iPhone app that tells you where exactly to find the 175 markets and restaurants that serve their dry-aged beef.
