Marlowe’s North Beach Offshoot Gets a Logo, and a Revised Opening Date

We’ve been trying to keep you up to date on one of the more anticipated openings of the summer, Park Tavern (1652 Stockton), a big modern brasserie from the Marlowe team of Anna Weinberg and chef Jennifer Puccio set to open in the former Joey & Eddie’s/Moose’s space. Today we get a glimpse of the simple, pen-and-ink branding for the place and an update from Weinberg about the ETA. “The kitchen’s almost done,” she tells us, explaining that they got all the work done on it first and they’re getting it inspected soon so that, long prior to the opening, Puccio can start tinkering back there. Also, they’re now aiming for a late summer opening, but a firm date has not been set.
