Tonight the Khyber’s is so, like, vegging out. They’ve drawn up a completely vegan and vegetarian chalkboard menu and will mix up animal friendly cocktails for the latest edition of Vegan Cocktails Philly, the popular monthly party for the veg-set. Snacks and plates include bacon salt popcorn, grilled vegetable muffuletta and seitan and vegan smoked sausage gumbo. Things get started at 6 p.m.
