Chelsea: Chefs Alexandra Raij and Eder Montero don’t want you missing out on Txakoli, a spring wine from Basque Country. They’ll host a street-fair-like party at their restaurant, Txikito, dedicated to pairing this low-alcohol wine with all types of cuisine, including dishes from the talent behind Co., Edi & the Wolf, and Hurricane Club. Midtown East: The cupcake craze is far from over, and now it’s infiltrated Bloomingdales. The department store announced today that Magnolia Bakery will open a shop in its flagship store on Third Avenue this summer. It will be open every day from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. [Grub Street]
