Food & Wine Announces ‘Best New Chefs of 2011’

After earlier speculation, Food & Wine has released the names of its "Best New Chefs" of 2011. Past winners have included Thomas Keller, Wylie Dufresne, Rick Bayless, Grant Achatz, and the list goes on and on, so this is a prestigious one indeed. Here are this year’s honorees.
