The Paul Bocuse love-fest continues! Bon Appétit is rounding up a supergroup of chefs at next month’s Vegas Uncork’d for a May 7 tribute dinner called “Toques Off to Paul Bocuse” at MGM Grand. With Paul’s son, Jerome, in attendance, Vegas-aligned chefs including Joël Robuchon, Alain Ducasse, Hubert Keller, Julian Serrano, Pierre Gagnaire, Jean-Philippe Maury, Michael Mina, Bradley Ogden, Roland Passot, André Renard, Jacques Torres, and Jean Joho will pair together in groups of two to prepare one Bocuse-inspired dish per team. The chefs will hang out with ticket holders at a reception before dinner, participate in a Champagne toast to Bocuse, and take time to explain how the French master influenced the dish they’ve created, all followed by the screening of a video on Bocuse’s life. Tickets for the May 7 tribute dinner are priced at $395 and are available online.
