The nose-to-tail trend and craft beer craze have both finally made it to a chain restaurant. Tender Greens is starting a monthly “Beer Garden” series that finds one specific brewery providing the beer, while chef Eric Hulme cooks an entire animal. The premier event, taking place Sunday, April 24th, will find Hulme, himself a home brewer, on the Hollywood locations’ back patio, roasting a whole lamb in a caja china and preparing sauces, sides, and dessert, while Tustin Brewing Company breaks down what they do over selections from their portfolio, which includes such beers as Blizzard of Oz barley wine and Golden Spike light ale. The dinner takes place from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. on April 24th, with the $35 price covering food, beer, and tax. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Tender Greens Hollywood, 6290 Sunset Blvd. Hollywood. 323-382-0380.
