Well, not everyone is flocking to Kendall Square right now. The Herald’s Fork Lift blog notes that talented Collin Davis, who helped launch that neighborhood’s Think Tank, begins his executive-chef post at Franklin Southie tonight. More ahead.
We’re anxious to taste what he has in store for the reliable neighborhood haunt. According to the blog, Davis says “30 percent” of the dishes will be new creations, including a yummy-sounding steak tartare with charred scallion vinaigrette.
Prior to Franklin Southie, he worked at the Franklin Cafe and Toro.
