Bruno’s Brunch Service to Be Revived by Top Chef Alum Ryan Scott

Chef Ryan Scott has been focused on his catering company and his mobile operation, 3-Sum Eats, for the past few months, and he says he hopes to launch a couple of more 3-Sum trucks by the end of the year. But now, as the Scoop reports, he’s partnering with Bruno’s (2389 Mission Street), the bar that previously had a nightly food program by Ryan Ostler and Katharine Zacher, to launch Brunch Drunk Love. That’s right, just weekend brunch. “Brunch shouldn’t be an afterthought.” Scott says, and noting the possible bottomless drink option, he jokes, “I’m going to give Lime a run for their money.” Look for Brunch Drunk Love to get rolling by June.
