If this morning’s teaser video left you wanting more of the Dutch, you’re in luck. Earlier today, we found the restaurant’s French windows splayed open, displaying the progressing interior. Oh. So. Exciting. In the center of the double-wide dining room is a two-sided mirrored bar with rectangular seating around it (see the Roman and Williams rendering to get an idea). On one of the bar’s built-in bookshelves, we glimpsed that book about Max’s Kansas City, which might or might not say anything about what the restaurant hopes to be. Below, the view from the street.
