Some good news for Poggio in Sausalito and its owner, veteran restaurateur Larry Mindel: A judge found in favor of Mindel in a case involving some “bullying” by the restaurant’s landlord, the Casa Madrona Hotel, saying that the eviction notice they served Mindel was unlawful.
