The love for Yigit Pura continues to pour in, and the Top Chef: Just Desserts winner tells Food & Wine that not only does he love Meryl Streep, Haruki Murakami, and Björk (“She’s so inspiring. She stays true to herself. She uses rhythms and notes in her head to create music; it’s a lot like the way I cook.”), he’s also a big fan of Parisian patisserie Ladurée, which he plans to use as a model for his upcoming sweet shop in S.F. The name: Tout Sweet.
