Finally! Two years of tinkering at the Cambridge Brewing Co. have produced what brewer Will Meyers calls an actual beer-sake hybrid. Sounds weird, but the properties of sake and beer aren’t so dissimilar. “We wanted a beer that tastes more like sake than it does beer,” Meyers told the Herald.
