Haute truffle-mongers Sabatino & Co Roma, who supply top-tier restaurants like Per Se, are opening their first U.S. store in Boston at the end of the month. Now the Feast reports that branches will also be appearing in San Francisco, New York, and L.A. by year’s end. That means that pretty much anyone willing to drop a couple hundred bucks on a mushroom will be able to do so. Let’s hope they have better storage facilities than some other truffle purveyors we know. [Feast]
