We’ve been waiting patiently for the opening of GT Fish & Oyster, and from what we’ve heard, we still have a week or so until it opens. Still, there has been enough new information coming out to help tide us over for at least a little while longer. Earlier this week we had a peek at the menu, and this afternoon head chef Giuseppe Tentori decided to start tweeting pictures of what some of those dishes were going to look like. In a frenzy, he released pictures of halilbut with uzu whipped potatoes, king crab, braised octopus, and, our personal favorite, shrimp bruschetta.
