Ready for prime time.
Ryan Poli put in his last day of work at Perennial last week. Before he starts at Tavernita, you’d think he’d take a little time off and rest. But the 312 Dining Diva reports that he’s actually in New York competing in an upcoming Bravo show called Rocco’s Dinner Party. Poli seems like a perfect fit for cooking on television, so that’s not really a huge surprise. But this does mean that we are now going to have to watch another cooking show, and that we’ll have to watch one where Rocco DiSipirito is the host. [312 Dining Diva]
