Richard Landau, the chef and owner of Horizons, which still is the only all vegan restaurant to cook at the James Beard House, believes there’s more to St. Patrick’s than simply corned beef, cabbage, boiled potatoes and cheap green beer. And to prove it, he’s serving a special Irish themed tasting menu tonight through Thursday. The $45 five-course prix fixe meal features vegan dishes inspired by Emerald Island and its native cuisines. For an additional $20, Landau and his staff will pair a different beer with each course.
