A little amuse to get us started here… The Scoop discovers that Quince has a cheese on their menu called Hanfutschli, from the Emmental region of Switzerland. It’s a semi-soft raw cow’s milk cheese that contains hemp oil and roasted hemp seeds, it has a big pot leaf printed on the rind, and the name translates as “the joint.” Clearly the cheesemakers are having a little stoner fun with this one.
