It’s a little out of focus, and there are no prices, but the above picture is our first glimpse at the full GT Fish & Oyster menu. Kevin Boehm tweeted this picture a few hours ago, and we’ve been scrambling to decipher it. Of course, we knew that there would be a lobster roll and also clam chowder, but, to be sure, this menu proves that it won’t be some kind of basic seafood shack. While you will be able to find fish and chips, the bulk of the menu is filled with Mediterranean-inspired dishes, which makes total sense considering chef Giuseppe Tentori’s previous restaurant and his roots. Items includes a foie gras terrine, shrimp brushcetta, braised octopus, and a crab agnolotti. We’re hoping an even more official menu will be coming along shortly, but for now take a look at what we were able to make out from the picture.
