Ever the Asian food fanatic, Patricia Unterman just returned from a trip to Malaysia and made a beeline for Betelnut, where chef Alex Ong has been doing this special street food menu for Blackboard Eats that includes “dreamy” black pepper fried chicken livers (which you might not be able to get if you didn’t get a passcode, but Patti, naughtily, instructs you to “beg for them”).
