Here’s some more good news from the folks over at Time Out. The magazine just confirmed the rumor that chef Jared Van Camp, and the team behind Old Town Social (Chris Freeman, Chris Dexter and John Warken), will be opening up a brand new restaurant in the West Loop. They’ll be taking over the space that formally housed Marche, which means this place will be huge. There is no name currently, but it will apparently serve “simple European soul food.” Of course, there is also a lot of talk about the Rolling Stones, “bohemian chic,” and etiquette books from 1528, which is a tad confusing.
