After months of waiting, GT Fish & Oyster — Boka Restaurant Group’s first project since The Girl & The Goat — is set to open tomorrow (Updated: It has been delayed until Thursday) in River North. It’s one of the city’s most anticipated restaurants of 2011, and it also marks the second restaurant for head chef, Giuseppe Tentori (those are, obviously, his initials in the name). We had a preview of the seafood heavy menu last week, but, as of this posting, the official menu still hasn’t been released. Urban Daddy has a very official looking preview menu, which looks like it has everything except for the prices. Luckily, Tentori released some pictures of a few of those items on Friday.
