Another bummer just in from the closing department! Mondette reports that Minestraio has called it quits, almost exactly two years to the date Gino Angelini opened the pasta restaurant in the former home of La Terza. Though a website is still up and running, the phone has been disconnected and one nearby Yelper explains that the door was padlocked as far back as two Sundays prior. Sadly, that whole transition to a small plates menu didn’t keep the trattoria surviving. But speaking of survival, you can still get your ragu on over at the chef’s Angelini Osteria. [Mondette]
