A couple of days ago, we remembered the bygone food vendors of Rockaway Beach, and today the Post (following up on an Amusing the Zillion story) reports that Coney Island preservationists would love to get their hands on the “Inexhaustible Cow” (a cow-shaped vending machine that debuted in 1880 and dispensed beer and milk) but don’t have the $65,000 to buy it from a Pennsylvania memorabilia dealer.
