File under Liquor with Training Wheels: Colt 45, with the help of Snoop Dogg, is unveiling a new line of fruitier, more alcoholic malt liquor drinks called Blast, in four neon colors/flavors. Industry watchdogs and lawmakers say they’re aimed at underage drinkers, and that the packaging “continues to blur the distinction between alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.” [WSJ]
