While Topolobampo and Xoco were closed last night, Frontera was open slinging $7 “blizzard margaritas” and cochinita pibil. If you happened to live downtown, it was probably a wonderful time. Still, the best thing may have been going on outside as the restaurant’s two valet workers, Luis and Grover, constructed what is probably the greatest snowman in all of Chiberia.
