Barbuto isn’t the only downtown restaurant that was in trouble early Saturday morning: The Tribeca Trib reports that the Hideaway suffered what seems to have been an electrical fire. A manager tells the Trib that the damage “looks a lot worse because [the firefighters] destroyed the place,” and a call to the restaurant reveals that they “won’t be open until further notice.” [Tribeca Trib]
